Dodsworth wants an adventure. He’s determined to see the world – or at least New York, Paris and London.
But before he leaves on his adventure, he stops for breakfast at Hodges’ Cafe, where Hodges’ duck harasses him.
After breakfast, Dodsworth leaves on his adventure. Once he’s on the train to New York, he opens his suitcase to find – Hodges’ duck!
The rest of this early reader book follows Dodsworth as he attempts to keep track of Hodges’ duck and see the sights too.
Young readers will laugh out loud at the crazy antics of the duck, and Dodsworth’s attempts to send him back to Hodges.
Fortunately, their adventure doesn’t end in New York. The crazy duck continues to harass Dodsworth in Paris (in the second book), and then in London (in the third book).
Recommended for early readers, ages 4 – 8.
