Sir Lancelot the Great

King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table are popular topics of books and other adaptations.

Gerald Morris wrote Sir Lancelot the Great, one part of his The Knights’ Tales series for young readers.

This short chapter book is perfect for readers ready for the next step – and wanting adventures and laughter. The illustrations by Aaron Reiner break up the words just enough to help readers get through the chapters, plus they’re fun additions to enjoy.

Sir Lancelot was the greatest knight of the Round Table. He had many adventures, some of which are retold here.

Recommended for age 5 and up as a read-aloud; 7 and up as a reader (depending on reading level).
